C More Entertainment is the leading premium Pay-TV provider in the Nordic region. The company offers a premium Pay-TV offer under the brand CANAL+. The CANAL+ service today has more than 950 000 subscribers in the Nordic region. CANAL+ bundle of channels offers a great variety of exclusive TV premieres of movies from the top Hollywood studios, award-winning series and exclusive broadcasts from the best International sport leagues. The customer can also choose to subscribe to sports only or films and series only.

Introduction
CANAL+ Television AB (transmitting in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland) was launched in 1997 by French CANAL+. In 2003, the two private equity firms, Baker Capital and Nordic Capital acquired 100% of CANAL+ Television AB from the media group Vivendi, through the jointly owned C More Group AB. At the same time CANAL+ Television AB was re-named C More Entertainment. SBS Broadcasting Group acquired C More in 2005. 2007 ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG acquired 100 percent of the shares in SBS Broadcasting Group. Dec 4th 2008 TV4 AB acquired C More from ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG.

The company
C More Entertainment is operating as an independent media player in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark and provides a premium Pay-TV offer under the brands CANAL+ and C MORE. The premium TV concept is based on exclusive premium rights for sports, movies and series. CANAL+ is provided to subscribers through distributors for a monthly fee. Pay-per-view-services are also available.

CANAL+ exclusively broadcasts the best sport leagues in the world including La Liga, Serie A, Eredivisie and NHL. CANAL+ also shows the best game every week from Allsvenskan, the Swedish National Football League. The CANAL+ wrappings of live games, hosted by well-known sports commentators, are highly appreciated.

CANAL+ holds the "first on TV" rights for movies from many of the top Hollywood studios: Warner Brothers, Fox, DreamWorks, MGM and Paramount Pictures. CANAL+ ambition is also to support the local film productions in the Nordic region.

Series are rapidly becoming a larger and more important part of CANAL+ offer. Among the series introduced in the Nordic region by CANAL+ are "True Blood", "House", "Boardwalk Empire" and "Game of Thrones".

C More Entertainment is a platform neutral company and its programming is distributed to subscribers via satellite ("DTH"), cable, digital terrestrial transmissions ("DTT") and IP-TV.
